Christian Pulisic has ‘finished the medicals’ required for his move to AC Milan, with just eligibility paperwork and his contract left to be dealt with before his move is finalised.
That’s according to TuttoMercatoWeb, who say the American is edging closer to sealing his departure from Stamford Bridge.
Pulisic is one of the players Chelsea want to move on this summer as they look to balance the books and trim down a bloated squad.
AC Milan have pushed to get him ahead of any potential competition and have been edging closer to a deal over the last fortnight, with a final breakthrough in negotiations arriving between Chelsea and Milan late last week.
Pulisic has since been spotted in Milan undergoing the relevant medical tests and TMW now report that he has finished those and all medical tests are ‘completed’.
They explain that they began this morning at the La Madonnina Clinic and he will now go deal with declaring his eligibility with the medical certificate, before going to Milan’s offices to sign the contract that will officially bind him to the Rossoneri.
Either way, his departure from Chelsea is now imminent as the exodus from Stamford Bridge continues at pace.
