On June 8th, Sofyan Amrabat’s brother hinted Manchester United could consider signing the Fiorentina star in the summer window as Erik ten Hag is ‘charmed’ by him.

It’s claimed Manchester United are ‘strongly interested’ in the 26-year-old, who’s also wanted by Atlético Madrid in this window.
The Dutchman managed the Morocco international between 2015 and 2017, when the pair were at FC Utrecht and this is ‘not a negligible aspect’ in the potential deal.
The report further states Manchester United have ‘found an economic agreement’ with the player and must agree a deal with the Serie A side to conclude the operation.
Amrabat has a year left on his deal, with an option to extend for 12 months. La Nazione add Fiorentina will need at least €30m to part ways with him in this window.
Last season, the Moroccan was mainly used as a defensive midfielder, a position currently occupied by Casemiro at Manchester United.
