Should West Ham United decide to move on from David Moyes, the next manager will be left with a number of problems to solve.

One of the big ones will be whether he wants to work with Gianluca Scamacca, who finds himself in limbo in London after a disappointing first season in English football.

Gazzetta dello Sport, in an article looking at players who are wanted by both Inter Milan and AC Milan, mention the West Ham striker, whose €36m or so transfer from Sassuolo last summer has failed to pay off.

They explain that despite his struggles on these lands, ‘the market has certainly not lost its attention towards him’, and the top track remains that of Juventus.

He was already a target for them two years ago when Cristiano Ronaldo left, and should Dusan Vlahovic be sold on, ‘it’s no secret’ that the West Ham forward ‘would be taken into consideration’.

His name is ‘always topical’, as he’s a young and Italian striker, which clubs in Serie A love, and while the Hammers spent close to €40m on him last summer, there is but one question: “How much will they ask for now?”
