Following his long-awaited debut for Manchester United, Facundo Pellistri is now a wanted man on the transfer market.

The Red Devils have no intention of letting him go permanently, since they firmly believe in his talent, but a loan for the second half of the campaign to get some game time could certainly go a long way for his development.

The Manchester United winger has already spent a couple of seasons at Alaves, with very different outcomes, but there’s the belief that an extra stint elsewhere could be beneficial.

We’ve seen stories of clubs in Brazil and Spain being keen, while a move to Watford has also been mooted, while Bologna in Italy have also appeared.

Gazzetta dello Sport cover it on Friday, describing the Manchester United youngster as a ‘versatile player, able to juggle both flanks’.

They make it clear he wouldn’t be an ‘easy target’ for the Serie A side, especially when clubs such as Flamengo and Valencia are also after him.

Bologna’s interest has appeared ‘in the last few days’, in what would most certainly be a loan if they pull it off, but that would be an operation that is ‘certainly complicated’.
