The former Corinthians and Brazil player highlighted that Coutinho could not succeed at the Premier League side, just like at other clubs such as Barcelona and Bayern Munich, and should be prepared for the demands he’ll have in his home country.
That was a clear message for Willian. The player had joined Corinthians this year and his poor performances were followed by threats from fans. He soon agreed to return to the Premier League by signing for Fulham, and made it clear he had a terrible experience at the club he loves.
“It’s no use complaining later. It’s no use pouting. Because at Aston Villa you can play well, you can not play well, nothing happens.”
