West Ham United signed Nikola Vlasic from CSKA Moscow in the summer 2021 transfer window. He’d been doing superbly for the Russian club but the move was still something of a risk given the player had failed to make an impact during his time with Everton.
Similar happened with the Hammers and given David Moyes didn’t feel he’d be using Vlasic regularly, the 25-year-old was allowed to join Torino on loan for the current season. He’s been impressing in Italy and has been a regular starter, so it would be assumed the Serie A club would be tempted to use their buying option, which is worth around €22m.
Torino may not be the only club keen on a permanent deal for the West Ham player next summer. CalcioPalois reports AC Milan are also interested, but the Rossoneri would be hoping for a discount.
As it stands, West Ham ‘have been categorical’ and will not entertain a sale for less than that €22m.
