With Fulham now preparing to play the Premier League next season, it seems the club are already looking for players who have been used to featuring in England’s top flight.
So according to French outlet Jeunes Footeux, the Cottagers have ‘already targeted several profiles’, and one of them is said to be Watford midfielder Moussa Sissoko.
With the Hornets already relegated to the Championship, it’s said Fulham are now ‘keeping an eye’ on the ‘experienced’ player.
The story, however, doesn’t bring any information on how much Watford would demand or the Cottagers would offer for the 32-year-old’s transfer.
Jeunes Footeux still points out that staying in the Premier League isn’t the only option for Sissoko, as his return to France ‘is also not to be excluded’, as he recently teased everyone about an eventual move back to Toulouse.
With his value on Transfermarkt standing at only €5m, this shouldn’t be a difficult signing for Fulham to afford, especially with Watford’s relegation.
