As German outlet Bild today features a story on the players who left Werder Bremen this summer, they point out that none of those have been doing great at their new clubs.

The piece of course highlights Norwich City, who following the relegation of the Bundesliga side, first signed Milot Rashica and then confirmed the arrival of Josh Sargent.

With the Canaries still to win a single point in the Premier League, Bild says the former Werder Bremen players are now ‘in crisis’ as things ‘don’t work’ in these ‘hard times’ at the club.

Even though Rashica has been playing regularly, it’s pointed out that Sargent is struggling to get starts at Norwich, and that’s coincidentally a similar situation to other players who  left the Bundesliga side this summer.

Following the elimination to Liverpool in the League Cup this week, Norwich City now work for a recovery in their Premier League campaign before it gets too late.

The Canaries prepare to face Everton and Burnley, both away from home, before the international break. Rashica and Sargent will be hoping to get out of the ‘crisis’ which Bild say has followed them from Bremen to Norwich.
