Here’s some news on the future of Manchester United fullback Diogo Dalot, who’s having a loan spell at AC Milan this season.
Outlet Milan Live brings an update on his situation today claiming he needs to show more for the Rossoneri to sign him on a permanent deal.
They say his first few months for the club haven’t been really exciting, with the player showing ‘great fatigue’, especially on the defensive sector.
The website recalls they had mentioned a €20m fee for Milan to sign Dalot on a permanent move, but now, that’s labelled as ‘impossible’.
It’s said the Rossoneri still believe in Dalot’s potential, but would only buy him ‘for the right price’, especially because they have other priorities at the time.
They insist that Dalot needs to show more until the end of the season. The Portuguese player has been used by Milan on both sides of the pitch, and his versatility has been proving to be his biggest quality for now.
Dalot’s contract with Manchester United expires in 2023.
