Paul Pogba established himself as one of the best midfielders in Europe during his four-year spell at Juventus and that helped him earn a big money move to Manchester United.
The Red Devils invested heavily in bringing the 27-year-old to Old Trafford in 2016, four years after he left the club.
However, the investment hasn’t really paid off because the France international has failed to consistently impress with his performances for United.
Despite being linked to the Turin club and Real Madrid on numerous occasions in the past few windows, the World Cup winner hasn’t yet managed to leave the Premier League side for the second time.
Italian journalist Paolo Condó, speaking to Sky Italia, has urged Pogba to leave Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side to revive his career.
“But at Manchester United it has resoundingly stopped. In fact, in my opinion Pogba will have to be one of the transfer men of next year and next summer. Because he has to rekindle his career in some way.”
Earlier this season, Manchester United exercised the option to extend the player’s contract until 2022.
Pogba, who returned from injury in his side’s 3-1 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday, has one goal and two assists for United in all competitions this season.
