There’s a shock report from Germany on Thursday evening, with Max Bielefeld, a journalist for Sky in the country, reporting Michaël Cuisance’s transfer from Bayern Munich to Leeds United has ‘failed’.
The move was thought to be pretty much complete, with a medical and everything in process so the transfer could be sealed with an announcement.
Bielefeld explains the two clubs ‘could not agree’, but does not give any further information, stating that will be explained by Sky Germany soon.
He’s wanted a midfielder added to the recruitment, and there’s been several targets in recent weeks. Reports from Italy on Wednesday made it clear efforts for Udinese’s Rodrigo De Paul had hit a brick wall, with Leeds unwilling to get close to what the Serie A club want for the player.
