Belgian joins Manchester United, could be a crucial addition for Jose Mourinho

 

Yesterday, we reported Manchester United have appointed Bernard Schuiteman, the former chief scout of the SK Rapid Vienna, as a scout.

The Premier League giants have been looking to improve their scouting network, and have made a number of signings in the last few months.

Whilst Schuiteman was a chief scout at SK Rapid Vienna, it now appears Manchester United have also snapped up KRC Genk’s head scout Roland Janssen.

According to Belgian newspaper Het Belang Van Limburg, Janssen has signed a contract at Manchester United, and will now help Jose Mourinho identify first team players for the club.

Janssen has been working as a chief scout at KRC Genk for seven years, and has a vast knowledge of players in Belgium.

Several Belgian players have made their mark in Europe in recent years, and it only makes sense for Manchester United to increase their network.

Jose Mourinho might be looking for few players in the transfer market very soon, if the current group of players don’t perform, and Janssen could be a big help.
