In the past few days, Corriere dello Sport have had multiple reports discussing AC Milan interest in Tottenham Hotspur’s Serge Aurier.

It was stressed the right-back is keen on the move, but Spurs have to reduce his asking price for the Serie A side to sign him. The north London club want €22-23m for the defender.

According to Calciomercato, the 27-year-old’s signing ‘remains a hot track’ for the Rossoneri.

It’s claimed the Ivory Coast international’s name is on ‘top of the list’ of Milan’s technical leaders, Frederic Massara and Paolo Maldini.

Tottenham’s demand of €20m is once again mention, but the report explains Stefano Pioli’s side have not taken ‘significant steps’ for the African’s signing.

Calciomercato’s headline also states Aurier’s arrival at San Siro ‘depends on Calabria and Conti’.

Davide Calabria and Andrea Conti are the two recognised right-backs at the Italian club and Milan will have to offload one of them before bringing in José Mourinho’s man this summer.

If Milan find a solution for one of Calabria and Conti, they then need to convince Tottenham to reduce the price tag. These two factors need to be fulfilled for Milan to have any chance of signing Aurier this summer.
