Spanish newspaper Marca believe Oliver Torres could soon be leaving Atletico Madrid, perhaps even on a permanent basis.
Torres spent last season with Atletico, having spent the previous season on loan with FC Porto. The 21 year old wasn’t a regular for Atletico, but he certainly did get chances, and surely can’t be too disheartened with his game time.
Nevertheless, Spanish newspaper Marca still believe a transfer is possible, and explain Porto are keen on taking the player back and have initiated contact for a deal.
Marca say they’re not the only ones, with Pep Guardiola and Manchester City also stated to have asked the conditions to sign the player.
It’s then stated that Manchester City may not be keen to pay what Atletico want, but they have of course got a greater financial power than Porto.
Maybe one to keep an eye on.
