Allianza Lima youngster Kluiverth Aguilar has revealed he plans to buy his mum and dad a house after securing a move to Manchester City.
The youngster finally signed on the dotted line with the City Group, who own Manchester City as well as several other clubs, last week after months of speculation about his future.
The 16-year-old is set to move to the Etihad when he turns 18, staying with Allianza Lima and continuing his development there for the next two years.
Still, the transfer to Manchester City is a huge one for the youngster, who, as well as having a vast sporting leap set up in his career, has also seen a significant increase in his earnings too.
But he does not plan to spend that money on himself; instead, he intends to set up his parents financially.
“When I found out, I told my brothers, my mother,” La Republic report him saying.
“I remember first telling my brother, who later passed away. He was very happy. Now, everything I do will be for him and my family.
“The first thing I want to do is give my parents and my brothers a house. Manage the economic issue so that they live calmly and happily.”
Whether Aguilar does ever end up at Manchester City remains to be seen, given he doesn’t have a work permit at present.
A far more believable notion is that he will eventually end up at one of the other teams in the City Group, perhaps Girona, to earn himself a permit there before making the move.
That’s a route that several youngsters have already trodden and one he would surely be keen to follow now he’s finally got the move of his dreams.
