Rangers rocked SC Braga in the Europa League at Ibrox, coming back from 2-0 down to beat the Portuguese side, thanks to goals from Ianis Hagi and Joe Aribo.
The second leg is on Wednesday at 5pm, with Braga handing out free tickets to local students to try and boost the home crowd. Rangers are expected to take around five thousand fans according to the Portuguese media, and many Braga supporters are struggling to make the match due to the timing.
Ahead of the game, Braga’s Paulinho has been speaking to the media, and he had it put to him that Rangers have a great defensive record in the competition.
Steven Gerrard’s side had the best defensive record in their group, but the 27 year old Braga striker isn’t worried about it, and instead talked up his own club’s achievements.
Paunlinho didn’t elaborate on what Braga’s analysis has shown Rangers’ weaknesses to be, and Gerrard will hope the Portuguese club’s planning is all in vain.
