At the weekend Trabzonspor officially announced they’ve loaned Stoke City midfielder Badou Ndiaye until the end of the season.
The Turkish club confirmed they will pay a €150K loan fee to the Championship side for the player, whilst Ndiaye will earn €1m from Trabzonspor for the second half of the season.
Karadeniz Firtinasi also informed the Stock Market (KAP) that they have the option to make the move permanent but didn’t disclose the exact amount of the redemption clause.
However, Fanatik claim that they can make the Stoke City player’s move permanent for €9.5m at the end of his loan spell.
The 29 year old, who previously played in the Turkish Super Lig with Osmanlispor and Galatasaray, said he wants to rediscover his best form after joining Trabzonspor. Last season the midfielder won the Turkish league and cup with Gala.
Ndiaye has now joined the club’s training camp in Antalya, and will work with Huseyin Cimsir at Trabzonspor, who he was managed by at Osmanlispor.
