Bilel Hassaini has refused to sign a contract with French club AS Nancy Lorraine.
Last week, we covered a report from Foot Mercato, who explained the forward has received offers from Arsenal and Crystal Palace, but his priority was to join Paris Saint-Germain
The same outlet now brings the latest update and it could be positive news for the Europa League runners-up.
Foot Mercato reports the 18-year-old is not in a favour of making a switch to Parc des Princes due to their decision to discontinue their youth team and also PSG’s poor track record of promoting academy graduates to the first team.
Unai Emery’s side once again get a mention as it’s claimed the Gunners ‘would always be interested’ in acquiring the player’s services.
Paris United also claim that PSG have missed out on the opportunity to sign the youngster and the arrival of the north London club has changed the situation.
They report Hassaini is a ‘priority’ for the Emirates club as they are ‘very interested’ in landing him in the summer transfer window. Crystal Palace are also ‘interested’ in him.
Though Hassaini’s agent is managing offers from Barcelona and Valencia, Paris United suggests it is difficult for the young Frenchman to ‘refuse’ Arsenal’s proposal.
