Turkish newspaper Star claim Galatasaray will demand €20m for their defender Ozan Kabak ahead of the January transfer window.
Kabak has been linked with a move to Manchester City in recent weeks, as well as several other clubs.
According to the Star, the player is still being followed by both Manchester clubs, along with Juventus, Atletico Madrid, AS Roma, Arsenal and Bayern Munich. The Bundesliga giants reportedly watched the central defender during Galatasaray’s draw against Caykur Rizespor at the weekend.
However, Manchester United’s interest comes from the English press, whilst Manchester City’s links have been widely reported in Turkey.
The 18 year old has impressed for Cim Bom this season and has become a regular in Fatih Terim’s starting eleven. This has brought him to the attention of Manchester City, with claims they are monitoring the player.
At the weekend Manchester City scout Sebastian Arnese admitted the club are following Kabak’s progress at Galatasaray following reports they watched the player in the recent Istanbul derby against Besiktas.
Due to FFP regulations, Galatasaray are looking to sell some players, which will help in any pursuit of the defender.
