Galatasaray look set to part ways with their top scorer from last season, Bafetimbi Gomis, and Hurriyet report the Turkish club have identified a couple of targets.
Hurriyet say Galatasaray are looking to go back in for Watford’s Stefano Okaka as they get ready to replace Gomis.
Okaka came very close to signing for Galatasaray during the last winter transfer window but the move to Istanbul failed at the last minute.
According to Hurriyet, Fatih Terim once again wants the Watford player and he’s informed the Galatasaray board to sign the Italian on a loan deal.
The Turkish newspaper reports even if Gomis stays, Fatih Terim is still keen to bring in Okaka as he wants the former Swansea City forward to be challenged over the course of the season.
Okaka has been expected to leave Watford and the former Italy international was also been linked with a move to fellow Turkish club Bursaspor earlier this summer.
