West Bromwich Albion signed Kieran Gibbs signed on a permanent deal last summer and a year later, the defender’s future remains uncertain after the Baggies were relegated from the Premier League.

The left-back is on the radar of Torino and on Thursday, Tuttosport reported the 28-year-old is not keen on playing in the Championship and will ‘enthusiastically’ accept the exit route.

Two days ago, the same newspaper reported the player has already said ‘yes’ to leaving the English club this summer.

Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport claims the England international is one of the options for Walter Mazzarri’s side in the left-back position.

The former Arsenal man has three years left on his contract at The Hawthorns and West Brom are ‘ready to give the OK for the transfer’ because they have already signed his replacement, Conor Townsend from Scunthorpe United, earlier in the transfer window.

Gazzetta, however, does not mention if it would be a loan deal or a permanent one and if it is the latter, there has been no mention of the fee.
