Over at Ouest-France, they say Nantes had earlier rejected two offers from Wolves for the youngster.
Gary O’Neil’s side haven’t given. up and returned with a ‘new offer’ on Wednesday. Their proposal is around €5m in fixed fee plus bonuses and a percentage of a future sale, and this was accepted by the Ligue 1 side.
Earlier claims stated Meupiyou has a deal in place with Wolves. He should soon complete a move to Molineux, after the Premier League side reached an agreement with Nantes.
