Arsenal, Bournemouth, Brentford, Chelsea, Manchester United, Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest are all keeping tabs on Deportivo de La Coruña star Yeremay Hernández.

That’s according to La Opinion de A Coruña, who report that the Premier League seven are part of a long list of admirers in Europe for the forward.

The newspaper reports that the 22-year-old’s emergence in the Spanish second division with Deportivo has not gone unnoticed and he has started to ‘catch the eye’ of the best teams in Europe.

Deportivo’s director of football Fernando Soriano has admitted publicly that there are scouts regularly accredited at Riazor to watch the player, alongside teammate David Mella.

Most are focused on Hernández, who has a €20m release clause in his contract and won’t be sold for anything less. He will also need to be convinced of the move as he’s made it clear he’s happy at Deportivo and wants to reward their faith in him.

Como are the latest club to come forward for him, but the list of suitors is long and includes six from the Premier League; Arsenal, Bournemouth, Brentford, Chelsea, Manchester United, Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest.

They are all said to be ‘on his trail’ alongside teams from Italy, France and Germany, including the likes of Atalanta, Borussia Dortmund and Marseille.

The fact he is now playing for Spain’s U21 side has added to the allure and moves are expected in January from his suitors, although the Spanish expect ‘greater force’ to be exerted upon them in the summer.

Whether that is from Arsenal, Bournemouth, Brentford, Chelsea, Manchester United, Newcastle United or Nottingham Forest remains to be seen but they are very much in the mix for the Deportivo star.
