Fanatik report Trabzonspor’s midfielder Yusuf Yazici is attracting interest from Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers and both clubs are set for transfer talks at the end of the season.

The Turkish newspaper has claimed Wolves are still heavily interested in signing the 22 year old after reportedly making an offer during the last winter transfer window.

According to Fanatik, Wolves offered €20m to Trabzonspor to sign Yazici but the Turkish club didn’t want to lose him midway through the season.

However, Fanatik say Trabzonspor and Wolves will recommence talks this summer over a potential transfer.

It’s also reported that despite getting offers from elsewhere, Yazici’s preference is to play in the Premier League and Trabzonspor president Ahmet Agaoglu will not stand in his way.

Wolves will be looking to add to their squad for next season after an impressive first campaign back in the English top flight.

The youngster has scored one goal for Trabzonspor this season in 22 matches and is under contract with the Super Lig club until June 2022.
