Tuttosport features a story today where the headline and the picture are about Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic, who could be moving to Milan.

But the article actually brings much more interesting information on Franck Kessie, who should be leaving the Rossoneri and could sign for a Premier League side in January.

Now it turns out that despite the many English sides who have been linked to the Ivorian midfielder in the past few years, it’s Wolverhampton Wanderers who are highlighted as the main contenders

Tuttosport writes that the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham and West Ham have all followed the player since his time at Atalanta, but more lately, Wolves ‘are above everyone’, especially because of their relationship with Milan.

Wolves and Milan agreed the transfer of Patrick Cutrone in the summer. And even though the striker only has three Premier League starts so far, it’s the good feeling of a done deal that has been left between the clubs which would help.

Tuttosport says Milan believe Kessie is worth between €30m and €35m, including bonuses. And there’s an expectation that ‘an agreement can be reached’.
