Suso has failed to deliver consistently at AC Milan and his performances this season have dipped as the winger has a goal and an assist to his name in 11 appearances.

Last month, we covered claims from Italy that discussed West Ham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers being the 25-year-old’s potential suitors.

He moved to San Siro from Liverpool in 2015 and has been linked with a return to England during every window since then.

Suso has ended his association with agent Alessandro Lucci and Calciomercato.it claims the player took this step after his representative failed to get him a move away from the Serie A side.

Milan will now be waiting to discuss the player’s future with his new representative. Even though there’s been talk of extending Suso’s contract, the Italian website adds a transfer is still not ruled out.

Clubs in Italy and England are still attentive and the report adds the likes of West Ham and Wolves ‘could be interested’ in the attacker.

It’s claimed the two clubs are economically capable of signing him, but there isn’t anything concrete to indicate if either of them would take that step.
