There are claims in the Italian media Genoa star Diego Laxalt could move to the Premier League this summer. The Uruguayan was linked with a move to the Premier League in the last window, and there has been recent interest from West Ham United in the midfielder.

TMW have reported Genoa are willing to sell Laxalt in the next transfer window after turning down offers in January. The Serie A side look prepared to cash in on the South American, and will look for offers in the region of €12m. There have been some offers from Serie A sides, but it’s expected the player will head to either Spain or England, with the Premier League his likeliest destination.

Earlier this month there were claims in Italy West Ham could look to move in on Laxalt in the summer, along with Serie A side Fiorentina. The South American has been in impressive form this season under Genoa coach Ivan Juric, but this has brought him to the attention of other clubs, including the East London side.

With Dimitri Payet leaving West Ham in the last window, Slaven Bilic could look to bring in a creative player in the summer, and the attacking midfielder is an option. It’s been claimed the 24-year-old would welcome a move to the Premier League after previously being linked with Leicester City.
