Luizão is unhappy at West Ham United and is looking to leave the Premier League side in the winter market.

The 22-year-old hasn’t made an appearance for West Ham’s first team since joining them from São Paulo in January 2023.

Luizão’s agent Wagner Trentin has stated they won’t waste time to leave West Ham if SC Internacional were to make an offer. He also revealed the Hammers are open to letting him leave on a loan deal with an option to buy.

UOL state CR Vasco da Gama, Atlético-MG, Internacional, Fortaleza and Ceará all want to sign the centre-back next month.

In addition to the five Brazilian clubs, KRC Gent and Göztepe SK are also in the picture. Both the Belgian and the Turkish side have made contacts with the player’s agent, but they won’t be successful.

The defender is set to become a father and wants to return to Brazil to be close to his family.

It’s claimed the five Brazilin clubs have made contacts but none of them have made an official offer yet.

West Ham, for their part, are willing to negotiate Luizão’s exit and are ‘awaiting offers to make a decision’.
