Premier League sides are back being linked to Grêmio forward Everton.
The rumours come from the Italian press, where website Calcio Mercato claims that besides Roma, Manchester United and West Ham would be following the player as well.
The outlet says that Roma have made first contact to get some information on the player, and it turns out that Everton’s price is not his €60m release clause.
The player could actually be leaving Grêmio for €20m or €30m, which sounds like a more realistic price for him.
Manchester United had been linked to Everton at the end of the last year, when the Brazilian press said an offer for him would come, but it never did. In West Ham’s case, it looks like the first time they are named in the race.
Everton took part in Brazil’s last friendly against Czech Republic and did pretty well. If he gets a chance to play at the Copa America, then the rumours about his future will certainly grow.
