Arsenal and West Ham are reportedly in the battle for Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic.

Despite Álvaro Morata’s departure, the Italian side made a quick replacement by buying Gonzalo Higuain from Napoli, meaning that Mandzukic absolutely won’t be their number one striker for the next season.

Tuttosport has an article this Wednesday talking about Juventus’ bid for the Santos attacker Gabigol, and as the club have also signed Marko Pjaca, some players in this position should be leaving this summer.

The newspaper says the club are thinking of letting him go, and Arsenal, West Ham, Wolfsburg and Borussia Dortmund are all said to be interested.

Mandzukic moved from Atletico Madrid to Juventus last summer for €19m, but hasn’t had hugely impressive results for the Old Lady. He finished the season with only 13 goals and six assists.
