Over the past few weeks, Spezia striker M’Bala Nzola has been linked to several English sides, including the likes of Leeds United, Newcastle United and West Ham.

Even though the January transfer window is now coming to an end and the 24-year-old doesn’t seem to be going anywhere, a new list of pretenders is mentioned by the Italian media today.

This time it’s journalist Armando Napoletano who on Calcio Napoli 24 Live (via Napoli Magazine) said Fulham joined Newcastle and West Ham in the race for Nzola.

He claims that Spezia’s squad should have many changes in the summer, as several players are drawing the interest from other clubs and are about to end up leaving the Serie A side.

The journalist, however, doesn’t bring any details on how far Fulham, Newcastle or West Ham would go for the signing, or how much Spezia would demand for the move.

That’s actually something that’s been repeated in all Nzola rumours this month. Despite many reports of interest in the player, there’s no information on how much he’d cost, while he’s currently valued by Transfermarkt at only €4m and should certainly leave Italy for more than that.
