West Ham United were linked with a move for Inter Milan’s Yann Bisseck last summer.

The transfer didn’t go through and a report mentioned it was unlikely the Hammers would come back in for the versatile defender. That doesn’t seem to be the case right now as West Ham are considered to be back in the race for Bisseck.

Footmercato report the German is popular in the Premier League and last summer, and they they reiterate that last summer the London club made an attempt for him.

They are confident West Ham ‘could make another bid’ for Bisseck and they would now have a higher chance of landing him. That is largely because of how much the Nerazzurri can earn from the defender’s sale and how a significant offer can help them earn a capital gain.

So far this season, Bisseck has impressed. He’s played 44 times in all competitions and recently put in good performances in the Champions League against Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

He joined Inter from AGF for only €7.20m and his performances mean they’re set to make a hefty profit.
