Edin Dzeko’s contract at AS Roma will expire in 2020, but the striker’s tenure with the Italian club is likely to come to an end at the end of this season.
The striker has been constantly linked with a move to West Ham United and three days ago, Gazzetta dello Sport reported the Hammers and Everton want the 33-year-old.
Another Italian outlet, Tutto Mercato Web, has once again pushed the Bosnia international to leave the Serie A outfit in the next transfer window and more so now following his row with teammate Stephan El Shaarawy.
The former Manchester City man is attracting interest from the Premier League.
Not just interest.
It’s claimed the Giallorossi have even received offers for the player and Manuel Pellegrini’s side and Newcastle United get a mention.
TMW explains that West Ham and Newcastle have submitted €10m offers for Dzeko but the amount is ‘too little’ for Roma to say ‘yes’.
Roma value their player around €25m, even though he turned 33 last month and will have just a year left on his contract after this season.
With Newcastle now pulled into the rumour, it’ll be interesting to see if they stay there.
