West Ham United continue to be in the picture for Jakub Kiwior after not managing to sign the Spezia star in the last transfer window.
Last month, Calciomercato.it reported the Hammers could sign the defender for €15m after his impressive displays for the Serie A side.
West Ham will face firm competition from the top Italian clubs since Napoli, AC Milan and Juventus are in contention for the 22-year-old’s signature, according to Tuttosport.
The report focuses mainly on the Serie A trio and details the efforts made by them so far to try and take the Poland international away from Spezia. David Moyes’ side are named as the only foreign suitor mentioned in the report and it’s explained they are ‘aiming’ to sign him.
Tuttosport warn West Ham and other clubs currently showing interest in Kiwior that his suitors list could grow if he were to shine for Poland at the 2022 World Cup. That’s about the only update they have about the Premier League club in their report.
West Ham must find a way to get ahead of Serie A sides if they hope to bring Kiwior to London.
