Uros Racic joined West Bromwich Albion from Sassuolo on a loan deal in the summer transfer window.
The midfielder has played 22 times in all competitions but has featured in less than 1000 minutes.
Doubts have now emerged about the Serbian’s future at West Bromwich Albion, who may well see him depart in the next few days.
Tuttomercatoweb have reported that his time at the Hawthorns could now ‘end prematurely’ because he’s found little room to settle into life at the club. He wants to play more often and that’s encouraging thoughts regarding an exit.
Racic could return to Portuguese club Famalicao, where he spent the 2019/20 season on loan from Valencia. He’d likely play more often there, as he did in his previous stint, playing 39 times in all competitions.
While there is no mention about Racic’s move to Famalicao in the Portuguese press today, interest from the Liga Portugal club was reported last week.
Back then, there was no certainty about the move, but things are now changing and West Bromwich Albion seem set to lose the player.
