Fotomac claim Fenerbahce midfielder Tolgay Arslan is a transfer target for West Bromwich Albion this window.

West Brom are expected to confirm Slaven Bilic as their next manager and it’s reported the former West Ham United boss is looking to sign Arslan, who he worked with at Besiktas during his tenure with the Istanbul club.

Arslan was reportedly one of Bilic’s favourite players whilst he was there and Fotomac report the Croatian wants to be reunited with his former player at West Brom.

The Turkey international has previously been linked with a move to the UK after reports Cardiff City wanted to sign the midfielder last summer.

Arslan moved to Fenerbahce during the last winter transfer window but has failed to replicate the form he showed whilst at Besiktas.

The 28 year old played 11 Super Lig games for Fener in the second half of the season but failed to score.

He is under contract at the Ulker Stadium until June 2022.
