Scoring only the second hat-trick scored purely from headers in the Premier League’s history, Solomon Rondon has impressed a lot of people this week, and next on his hit list is José Mourinho’s Manchester United.

The Venezuelan striker, whose goals helped Tony Pulis’ West Brom overcome Swansea in midweek’s game, gave an interview to Mundo Deportivo in Spain ahead of the clash against the Red Devils on Saturday.

First talking about Wednesday’s amazing feat, Rondon was also asked if managing such an accomplishment made him one of the most complete strikers in the Premier League.

He said: “I am comfortable with both feet, very good in the air and technically quite good. Why not say that I am one of the most complete strikers in the league? Maybe, yes, but I always try to improve in training, and then look back at games to see what I can improve.”

Explaining he’d like to take advantage of opportunities handed to him more often, the player has a track record of being rather inconsistent.

Despite scoring seven goals, the player has only scored in five games this season, which, considering he’s played almost every minute of every game for West Brom, could be improved.

However, it seems Rondon is extremely confident in his abilities, and rest assured that if a chance comes his way on Saturday at the Hawthorns, he’ll ensure it finds the back of the net.
