Having just lost 2-1 to Brighton in the Premier League, Arsenal and Arsène Wenger really need a boost, and a win against AC Milan in the Champ… no, wait, Europa League on Thursday would do just that.

However, if reports in L’Equipe are to be believed, there’s a lack of motivation at the club that’s stopping players from turning things around.

One of the main reasons for this is the lack of tactical work Arsène Wenger, and the group are ‘bored by his methods’.

L’Equipe state, via a source at the club, the Frenchman has ‘lost his hold’ on the Arsenal squad, and his lack of communication is becoming a concern.

However, above all is the ‘predictability’ of his line-ups, with the squad already knowing on the Monday who will be playing the next game, which is frustrating and demotivating the substitutes.

Despite the manager stating he is the right man to turn things around at the Emirates, few believe him, and the vast majority of Arsenal fans want him out of the club as soon as possible.

At this point, with the club 6th in the league and out of the top four race, you can’t blame them.
