La Liga side Sevilla are said to be living a ‘favourable’ situation when it comes to signing Lucas Perez from Arsenal this summer.
As reported by Estádio Deportivo, the Spanish club is looking for a striker for the Champions League, and playing in the tournament is exactly what the 28-year-old wants right now.
Perez would like to play for Sevilla, which is already a great start to a potential transfer. And the club would have the resources to pay his high wages, which is also something very important since other sides also interested, such as Deportivo La Coruña, can’t do so.
Estádio Deportivo claims Arsene Wenger blocked the player’s exit in January, promising he would play more, but didn’t keep to his word. Now, however, he’ll let him go on a loan deal.
