Nordin Amrabat to Malaga is really building in the Spanish media, and after Marca, AS have a big feature on the potential transfer in their Friday edition.

Getting Amrabat to Malaga is said to be ‘a dream’ for the club, which apart from suggesting they should perhaps dream a little more ambitiously, would make one think they’re willing to put some effort in.

That’s not the case according to AS. Watford have agreement on a straight transfer with Girona, but Malaga only want a loan deal, and the player is trying to pressure Watford to accept that.

Having been at Malaga before, Amrabat would prefer that option over Girona, and wants Watford to help him.

Malaga want the move for free, and if Watford can get money from Girona, it doesn’t make a lot of sense to easily agree to give that up.

Malaga owner Abdullah Al-Thani is the big backer of the Amrabat dream, and maybe he needs to back it financially as well as like a fan.
