Some Watford fans may have forgotten about the existence of Juan Camilo Hernandez, better known as Cucho.
Signed by the Hornets from Colombian side Pereira in January 2017, the player was kept in South America and loaned to América immediately.
Cucho stayed at America for six months, and in the summer of 2017 he was sent to Spain on a loan to Huesca, where he has a contract until 2019.
That means that the player never had a chance to feature for Watford, and now, according to reports from Spain, he could well be permanently on his way out of the club.
The news is brought by El Gol Digital, admittedly not the strongest of sources, who claim that Espanyol are interested in the good performances that Cucho has been having for Huesca.
The website reports the Catalan side should go for him soon, and know it’s Watford who they need to negotiate with. However, it’s not mentioned how the Hornets will react in case of an offer.
