The Ecuadorian media today has an update on the situation of Watford loanee Pervis Estupidán.
Currently having a good season at La Liga side Osasuna, the left-back seems to have many options when it comes to where he’ll be playing next season.
Outlet Expreso claims that after seeing his form, Watford have decided to take him back to England and then see what to do with him.
Even though the loan was supposed to run until 2021, there’s a clause in the contract which allows the Premier League side to bring him back this summer.
Expreso claims that Watford are still to decide whether to use the player themselves or negotiate his sale with one of the many clubs who’ve been interested in the signing.
The outlet claims that Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur have all been following the 22-year-old.
It’s said that a new loan to Osasuna with a preference clause for the La Liga side is also on the table.
