Watford player ‘interested’ in other club’s project, entourage ‘approached’ for January transfer

Adrien Rabiot’s association with Paris Saint-Germain will come to an end before mid next year.

According to RMC Sport, the Ligue 1 winners are looking to strengthen their midfield in the winter market and this does not depend only on the 23-year-old’s decision to leave Parc des Princes.

It’s explained in the report that PSG sporting director Antero Henrique has several targets and is Watford’s Abdoulaye Doucoure.

Several weeks ago, Jaime Teixeira, Henrique’s right hand man ‘approached’ the 25-year-old’s entourage to find the pulse about the player’s situation at Vicarage Road.

In addition to this, the Hornets player is ‘interested’ in the idea of joining Thomas Tuchel’s side and his profile fits the type of midfielder the Paris club are looking for the market.
