Watford have made a decision regarding the future of loanee Luis Suárez, according to reports from the Spanish media.

As written by El Periodico de Aragon at the weekend, the Hornets are taking the striker back to their squad for next season.

The report says the decision has been taken, and the player’s entourage are already aware of it. His 14 goals in Spain this season have convinced the club of doing so.

That means the Premier League side aren’t listening to any bids once Suarez’s loan spell at Real Zaragoza comes to an end next summer.

It’s said there are several clubs who’ve been asking about him, including Getafe, Leganes and Espanyol. Barcelona also contacted his entourage, but they told the Camp Nou side to speak to Zaragoza or Watford, and they’ve never done it.

Watford want to give Suarez a contract extension, and should be offering him a new deal in the next few months. In case of relegation, the player isn’t keen on playing the Championship, but at least the Hornets would be making more money with his sale.
