After yesterday’s absolute clusterfudgsicle, it appears Jefferson Lerma to Bournemouth is back on.

According to El Desmarque, the situation surrounding Raphael Dwamena, which you can read all about here, is close to being solved, which means Levante will be more open to selling the Colombia international.

The Spanish outlet state that while nothing was done late on Thursday, it was ‘virtually inevitable’ that everything will end well for everyone involved.

It is reported that Levante will accept a fee from Bournemouth worth ‘around half’ of the player’s release clause (€60m), and everything points towards Dwamena heading to Levante and Lerma heading to the Vitality Stadium ‘in the coming hours’.

This is half-backed up by Cadena SER, who claim Levante are negotiating the terms of the Dwamena operation in order to accept the transfer of Lerma to England.

It got really complicated for a bit, but it seems everything is now heading in the right direction.
