We’ll undoubtedly see many rumours coming from the Italian media about Watford players until the end of the transfer window.

With the Hornets relegated to the Championship, clubs will certainly have a look at the talents who want to leave the club. And with the Pozzo family taking care of business, Serie A clubs have an easier connection.

The latest stories coming from Italy say that Ignacio Pussetto and Roberto Pereyra could both be moving back to Udinese this summer.

Webside Tutto Udinese is the one reporting it. They don’t have many details on the chase, only saying this ‘today’s news’. Bigger websites such as Tutto Mercato Web are starting covering it, and we should get more updates on it soon.

Pussetto joined Watford in a €8m deal from Udinese back in January, in an eyebrow raising move.

Pereyra also used to play for Udinese. He left the club in 2015 to join Juventus, and only stayed in Turin for one year, then moving to Watford in a €13.5m deal in 2016.

With the Pozzo family also owning Udinese, the officials could certainly make these moves happen without much trouble.
