Manchester United are likely to be busy during August as the club work to finalise Erik ten Hag’s squad for his first season in the Premier League.
Fans will be hoping for more additions, and the manager is still working to sign Frenkie de Jong from Barcelona. There will also likely be further exits, with multiple players being edged away from the squad.
Two who could leave are Alex Telles and Eric Bailly, with the defensive pair set to find it more difficult to get chances after the additions already made this summer.
Estadio Deportivo report the two players could end up at the same club, with Sevilla having an interest. Telles is said to have been a long term target for the Spanish club, and his name is on the table as an option to sign this summer.
Bailly has been offered to Sevilla this week, and is a temptation for them given he’s also been on their long term target list.
Estadio Deportivo say the moves would likely be on a loan basis, similar to the deal agreed for Anthony Martial in January. Manchester United would surely prefer to wait and see if any permanent transfer offers arrive, so this situation could drag on a little.
