According to Turkish newspaper Aksam, AC Milan and Napoli are considering making a move for Crystal Palace owned striker Alexander Sörloth in the summer transfer window, with the player currently on loan at Trabzonspor.
It’s reported Milan will make a move for Sörloth if Zlatan Ibrahimovic leaves the club at the end of the season, whilst Napoli are looking to sign him to replace Fernando Llorente.
The Trabzonspor board have the option to make Sörloth’s move permanent for €6m, and Aksam claim the Turkish club are looking to activate this, and then sell the Norway international to one of the interested parties.
Along with Napoli and Milan, Aksam claim Real Madrid are also following the player’s progress, but they haven’t yet made a bid for the 24 year old.
Sörloth has been in excellent form for Trabzonspor since he joined from Crystal Palace, scoring 19 goals in the Turkish Super Lig so far this season.
His loan contract is due to expire at the end of next season but Trabzonspor could be tempted to activate his redemption clause early
