Turkish side Besiktas have reportedly reached an agreement in principle for the signing of Claudio Bravo from Manchester City, according to Fotomac.
With the goalkeeper’s contract expiring at the end of the season, he’s set to be free to make the move to Istanbul in a few months.
Problem is that there’s someone else who must be convinced of this move, and that’s Claudio Bravo’s wife. She wants the family to return to Chile so the player can end his career in Santiago.
Now the goalkeeper, who’s already claimed that his family is the major priority, must speak to her.
Fotomac points out that the security and health in Turkey is way better than in Chile, and these are the arguments that Bravo should use.
Besiktas are just one of the many clubs who’ve been linked to Claudio Bravo lately. Besides having the option of moving to Chile or the United States, the goalkeeper was also said to be wanted by the likes of Arsenal and Celtic.
