Tiémoué Bakayoko spent this season away from Chelsea on at loan at AS Monaco, with the Ligue 1 side having an opportunity to turn the move into a permanent transfer.
They decided against taking the plunge, and now Bakayoko and the Blues need to find a solution for the future.
Having flirted with the club on repeat occasions in the past, the midfielder has found himself linked with a move to PSG in recent weeks. There doesn’t appear to be anything especially serious on that track yet, and Le10Sport report there’s now another club in town.
Bakayoko moving to AC Milan is described as a ‘strong possibility’, and it’s claimed the Chelsea player is ‘tempted’ by the move. He’d previously had a loan period with the Serie A club, a spell which had its ups and downs, and one which would make a return slightly surprising.
Chelsea will likely be looking for a permanent sale should Bakayoko leave again this summer, and they’d find PSG likelier to be able to put the money up.
